This page shows you how to record vital signs in Klinify.

Halaman ini menunjukkan langkah-langkah merekod tanda vital dalam Klinify.

  1. On the Patient Page, you can record vital signs by clicking on the + sign on the lower right corner and Add Vitals
    Anda boleh rekod tanda vital dengan tekan simbol "+" di sudut bawah kanan dan butang Add Vitals-OR / ATAU-

    Click on Add Vitals at the Latest Vitals section
    Tekan butang Add Vitals di bahagian Latest Vitals

  2. A window will appear with the vitals options. Fill in the necessary details and click Save.
    You may fill in only certain vitals while leaving the rest blank.

    Masukkan rekod tanda vital yang diambil dan tekan Save.
    Anda tidak perlu masukkan semua tanda vital yang disenaraikan. 
    Anda boleh tinggalkan sesetengahnya kosong.
    If the measurement option is not available, please refer to this page on how to add it.

  3. The latest vitals measurements for each type will appear under the Latest Vitals section of the Patient Page

  4. To view older vitals measurements, click on Vitals
    Untuk melihat rekod tanda vital yang sebelumnya, tekan pada Vitals
    1. On the Vitals Page, all entries for all vitals will be shown
      Semua rekod tanda vital boleh dijumpai pada halaman Vitals

    2. View the measurements as a table or graph (available with more than 1 measurement)
      Lihat rekod tanda vital dalam bentuk jadual atau graf (perlu lebih dari 1 rekod)
