On default, Klinify allows you to export a patient's details & an encounter in .txt (Notepad) format.
Anda boleh keluarkan maklumat pesakit dan konsultasi dalam format .txt (Notepad).
The exported file will contain the following information:
Maklumat pesakit dan konsultasi yang dikeluarkan akan mempunyai butiran di bawah:
- Patient Profile / Profil Pesakit
- Allergies / Alahan
- Encounter Notes / Nota Konsultasi
- Date & Time of Encounter / Tarikh & Masa Konsultasi
- Doctor / Doktor
- Symptoms / Simptom
- Diagnoses
- Notes / Nota
- Prescriptions / Preskripsi
- MC Details / Butiran MC
- Time Chit Details / Butiran Time Chit
To change the amount of information exported:
Butiran maklumat pesakit yang dikeluarkan boleh ditetapkan dengan:
- Go to Settings > Clinic Settings
Pergi ke Settings > Clinic Settings - Scroll down to Encounter Settings
Tatal bawah ke Encounter Settings - Tick the items you want to export under "Sections to be Exported"
Tandakan butiran yang anda hendak di bahagian "Sections to be Exported" - Save
To export an encounter:
Untuk keluarkan maklumat pesakit/konsultasi:
- Go to the patient's Patient Page
Pergi ke Patient Page pesakit - Scroll down to the Consultation History section
Tatal bawah ke bahagian Consultation History - Click on Actions > Export Encounter
Tekan butang Actions > Export Encounter
