Non-tangible items such as services and procedures are usually placed under the Sales Items section in Klinify. Some examples of sales items are:
Lazimnya, item seperti perkhidmatan dan prosedur akan ditempatkan di bawah Sales Item.
Antara contoh bagi sales items adalah:

  • Consultation
  • Wound Dressing 
  • X-Ray
  • Toilet & Suture

As such, they do not hold stock counts.
Oleh itu, tiada kiraan stok bagi senarai dibawah sales items.

To add or edit sales item details in Klinify:
Untuk tambah atau ubah butiran sales item di Klinify:

  1. Go to Settings > Sales Items (on the left menu)
    Pergi ke Settings > Sales Items (di menu kiri)

  2. To Edit existing sales items, just click on pen icon on the right of the item
    Untuk ubah butiran sales item sedia ada, tekan ikon pen di kanan sales item berkenaan
    1. Change the details on the pop-up window
      Tukar butiran pada tetingkap timbul.
    2. Save Changes

  3. To Add new sales items, click + Add Sales Item
    Untuk tambah sales item baru, tekan + Add Sales Item
  4. A pop-up window will appear
    Tetingkap timbul akan muncul.
    1. Item Type: Select the category the sales item falls under (E.g. Service, Dressing, Medical Check Up) if no selection, just type it in.
      Item Type: Pilih kategori sales item (Cth: Perkhidmatan, Penjagaan Luka, Pemeriksaan Kesihatan) Jika tiada pilihan, taip sahaja.

    2. Name: Name of the sales item (E.g. Consultation PM, Consultation Panel, T&S)
      Name: Nama sales item (Cth: Konsultasi Malam, Konsultasi Panel, T&S)

    3. Price: The selling price of the sales item
      Price: Harga jual sales item tersebut

    4. Default Quantity: How many of the sales item is usually sold for each transaction
      Default Quantity: Kuantiti sales item itu yang dijual setiap transaksi

    5. Cost Price: The cost price of the sales item
      Cost Price: Kos sales item tersebut

    6. Advanced Panel Settings: Select a panel category for the sales item
      Advanced Panel Settings: Pilih kategori panel untuk sales item tersebut
      • Different panel categories may be set for specific panels by clicking Add New Category
        Kategori panel yang berbeza boleh ditetapkan ikut panel dengan tekan butang Add New Category

  5. When done, click Add to save
    Tekan butang Add untuk simpan
