Despite our greatest efforts to prevent service outages from happening, we are unable to foresee certain issues and could only investigate and resolve them when they occur. 


We value all of you and we are constantly working to improve our service and the Klinify app. With that said, we would like to include some tips on “surviving” service outages before they happen. Ideally, you would not have to use these tips.




STAGE ONE: DO THIS NOW

  1. For quick updates: Join our Telegram group

  2. Download your custom document templates by going to Settings > Document Templates > Download

  3. For those using the default templates for your receipts and MCs, you may download them here.

  4. Save/Print a copy of your item list with their prices by going to Reports > Inventory Reports > Export/Print

  5. Screenshot your sales item list with their prices by going to Settings > Sales Items





STAGE TWO: “I CAN’T LOG IN. WHAT TO DO NOW?”

  1. Inform our support team immediately to confirm if it is related to a service outage.

  2. Switch to a manual workflow, using the templates and item lists you have saved.

  3. We will provide you with updates every 15 minutes via the Telegram group.




STAGE THREE: AFTER SERVICE IS RESTORED

  1. We will inform you when service is restored. Please let us know if any other issues are encountered.

  2. Input the backdated patient details into Klinify by using the “Add Past Bill” function.




We know that the best case scenario is to never have to experience service outages but in our efforts to mitigate the risks and impact to all our users, we hope you are able to do both the stages mentioned above so that your workflow would be minimally affected. We couldn't stress enough that we understand your pain during the disrupted workflows and we are really pushing our hardest to ensure the satisfaction of all users of the app.
