With Phase 1 of Klinify's queue management revamp released, here are the changes you can see!


  1. Automatically assigned queue numbers
    Queue number on patient overview
    Now, after a patient is placed into the queue, a queue number is automatically assigned to them. 
    The number starts from 1 and restarts at 12:00 am each day.

    This feature is enabled by default, but if you wish to disable it, here's how to do so.
     
  2. Print out queue number slip


    You can print out a queue number slip for your patients as well.

  3. Change patient's queue number for emergency/priority cases Change queue numberIf a patient has an urgent case, you can edit their queue number to be an emergency code.


  4. Change queue display to show queue number or patient name

    Patient Name on queue displayWith this new release, you can choose to show either the patient's name or queue number only on the queue display to protect your patient's privacy.
