1. The drug's name is usually located on the packaging together with the packaging unit

2. The active ingredient(s) can be found either on the back or the side of the drug's packaging
   Bahan-bahan aktif ubat tersebut boleh dijumpai di bahagian belakang atau sisi pakej ubat
   
    
   
   
   
3. The manufacturer and the holder's information can also be found on the drug's packaging.
   Pengilang dan pemegang ubat tersebut juga boleh dijumpai pada pakej ubat
   
    
   
   
   
4. If you dispense the drug in a different unit other than the that specified on the package, please map it to the right master drug based on the packaging (refer the example below):
   Jika anda mendispensasikan ubat tersebut dalam unit yang berbeza dari yang ternyata pada pakej ubat tersebut, sila map-kan ubat tersebut kepada ubat yang betul berdasarkan pakej (lihat contoh di bawah):
   
   Manufacturer name: Espran 10mg Tablets
   Packaging unit/info: 3 strips of 10 tablets (30 tablets)
   
   Clinic Drug A: Espran 10mg Tab
   Dispensing unit: tablet
   
   Clinic Drug B: Espran10
   Dispensing unit: Strips
   
   Both Drug A and Drug B will be map to ‘Espran 10mg Tablets’
   Ubat A dan Ubat B patut di-map ke 'Espran 10mg Tablets'
