When adding patients to queue, you can assign the doctor who will be seeing the patient.
Semasa meletakkan pesakit ke dalam queue, anda boleh pilih doktor yang ditugaskan untuk konsultasi pesakit itu


Here is how you can add doctors' details into Klinify:
Untuk memasukkan butiran doktor ke dalam Klinify:

  1. Go to Settings > Doctors (Top of the left menu)
    Pergi ke Settings > Doctors (Pilihan pertama menu kiri)

  2. Click on Add New Doctor on the top right corner
    Tekan butang Add New Doctor di sudut kanan atas

  3. Fill in the doctor's details in the window that appears
    Masukkan butiran doktor
    • Only the doctor's name is a compulsory field
      Hanya nama doktor wajib dimasukkan

    • But it is recommended that the doctor's MMC and IC number be included as well

  4. When you are done, click on Add New Doctor to save

  5. Assign the account that each doctor uses under the Account column

  6. Assign the location that the doctor will see patients in under the Location column

    1. The registration staff will not need to select the location after selecting a doctor when placing a patient in queue if the doctor has an assigned location
      Staff pendaftaran tidak perlu memilih lokasi selepas memilih doktor yang mempunyai lokasi yang dikait dengannya semasa meletakkan pesakit dalam queue

  7. If the doctor is in/on duty, tick the box under the On Duty column
    Jika doktor bertugas, tandakan kotak di bahagian On Duty
    1. Doctors on duty will appear as an option when patients are placed in queue
      Doktor bertugas akan muncul sebagai pilihan apabila pesakit diletak dalam queue
