Here are some reasons why your MyKad reader is not working, & how to resolve them:

- The MyKad reader has not been set up yet
Alat pembaca MyKad belum siap dipasang- If you have just received the MyKad reader, or switched it to a new PC, please contact Klinify Support. We will help you set it up. The entire process usually takes less than 5 minutes.

Occasionally, the connection between the MyKad reader & your PC may be closed. This is due to your computer thinking that the connection between them is insecure.
Kadang-kala, sambungan antara alat pembaca MyKad dan komputer anda akan ditutup. Ini disebabkan anggapan komputer anda bahawa sambungan tersebut tidak selamat.
To reestablish the connection:
Untuk membuka sambungan itu semula:- Press the Windows key to open the Windows Start Menu

- The Securemetric MyKad reader does not function when another MyKad reader is connected to the PC
- Loose USB cable connection
Kabel USB alat pembaca MyKad longgar- Check that the connections between the MyKad reader and your PC is secure
Periksa & ketatkan semua sambungan antara alat pembaca MyKad dan komputer anda - Unplug and reconnect the MyKad reader to another USB port

- Check that the connections between the MyKad reader and your PC is secure
- MyKad inserted wrongly
