With the Stock Adjustments Report, you can view all stock transactions within a specified time period.
The total cost price of stock added into your inventory will also be summed up as your Total Transaction Amount.
Dengan adanya Stock Adjustments Report, anda boleh lihat semua transaksi stok yang berlaku dalam tempoh waktu dipilih.
Kos stok yang ditambah ke inventori anda akan dijumlah sebagai Total Transaction Amount.
To use the stock adjustments report:
Untuk guna stock adjustments report:
- Go to Reports > Stock Adjustments
Pergi ke Reports > Stock Adjustments - Select the start & end dates.
Pilih tarikh mula dan tamat - Choose what information to include in the report by ticking the items under Column
Pilih maklumat yang diperlukan dalam laporan tersebut dengan menandakannya di bahagian Column
- All stock transactions within the selected start & end dates will automatically appear in the table below
The total transaction amount can be seen above the table on the right
Semua transaksi stok yang berlaku dalam tempoh waktu yang dipilih akan muncul di jadual di bawah
Jumlah transaksi (Total Transaction Amount) boleh dilihat di bahagian atas kanan jadual tersebut
- Click on Print to print the report or save it as a PDF file
Tekan Print untuk print atau simpan laporan tersebut sebagai dokumen PDF - Click on Export to save the report as a spreadsheet (Excel)
Tekan Export untuk simpan laporan tersebut dalam bentuk Excel
