While you cannot change the general format of the claim invoice in Klinify, there are some parts of it that can be modified.

The components of the Claim Invoice that can be changed are:

  1. Header, Claims Report Note, & Signature Label:
    1. Go to Settings > Clinic Settings
      Pergi ke Settings > Clinic Settings

    2. Scroll down to Print Settings
      Tatal bawah ke bahagian Print Settings

    3. Fill in the Header, Signature Label, & Claims Report Note as required under the appropriate sections
      Masukkan Header, Signature Labe, & Claims Report Note dalam ruangan masing-masing

  2. Invoice Number & Diagnosis
    1. Go to Settings > Clinic Settings
      Pergi ke Settings > Clinic Settings

    2. Scroll down to Print Settings
      Tatal ke bahagian Print Settings

    3. To show the Diagnosis, set Show Diagnosis in Claims Report to Show
      Untuk menunjukkan Diagnosis pada claim invoice, tetapkan Show Diagnosis in Claims Report ke Show

    4. To show the Invoice Number, set Show Invoice Number in Claims Report to Show
      Untuk menunjukkan nombor invois, tetapkan Show Invoice Number in Claims Report ke Show

  3. Panel Name & Address
    1. Refer to point 3 this page on how to edit panel information.
      Instead of clicking Add New Coverage Payor, click on Edit on the respective panel first
