With the release of the batch-based inventory in Klinify, you can now choose which batch an item is dispensed from.
Dengan fungsi batch-based inventory yang baru diperkenalkan di Klinify, anda kini boleh memilih 'batch' yang hendak didispensasikan terlebih dahulu.


To choose the dispensation order for all items:
Bagi memilih aturan dispensasi bagi kesemua items:

  1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Status
    Pergi ke Inventory > Inventory Status
  2. Look for the Dispense By button and click on it
    Cari dan tekan pada butang Dispense By

    In this example, it is currently set to dispense from the batch with the earliest expiry date
    Di dalam contoh yang disediakan, aturan yangdi tetapkan adalah mengikut aturan tarikh luput yang terawal
  3. A window will appear allowing you to choose the dispensing order:
    Halaman baru akan muncul dimana ianya memaparkan pilihan aturan yang boleh dipilih:
    1. Earliest Expiry Date: Batch of an item with the closest expiry dates will be used
      Earliest Expiry Date: 'Batch' item yang mempunyai tarikh luput paling awal
      1. Example:
        Batch A of PCM has an expiry date of 1/1/2030
        Batch B of PCM has an expiry date of 1/1/2025

        Since Batch B will expire first, Batch B will be used when PCM is dispensed

        Contoh:
        Batch A bagi PCM mempunyai tarikh luput pada 1/1/2030
        Batch B bagi PCM mempunyai tarikh luput pada 1/1/2025

        Batch B akan luput terlebih dahulu, maka Batch B akan dipilih semasa PCM dispensasi

    2. Earliest Supply Date: Batch of an item that were added first will be used
      Earliest Supply Date: 'Batch' item yang dimasukkan dahulu ke dalam sistem 
      1. Example:
        Batch A of PCM was added in Klinify on January 2020
        Batch B of PCM was added in Klinify on March 2020

        Since Batch A was added first, Batch A will be used when PCM is dispensed

        Contoh:
        Batch A bagi PCM dimasukkan kedalam Klinify pada Januari 2020
        Batch B bagi PCM dimasukkan kedalam Klinify pada Mac 2020

        Batch A dimasukkan terlebih dahulu, maka Batch A akan dipilih semasa PCM dispensasi
  4. Select the dispensing order you want and click Save
    Pilih aturan mana yang anda inginkan dan tekan butang Save
  5. A warning will appear: This will affect all items except those you have chosen a batch to dispense from
    Mesej amaran akan dipaprkan yang membawa maksud, pilihan ini akan mengubah kesemua item kecuali item yang telah anda pilih batch yang akan didispensasikan terlebih dahulu
  6. Click Confirm to continue
    Tekan Confirm
  7. All items that you did not choose a batch to dispense from will now be dispensed from the option you chose
    Kesemua item yang tidak anda pilih 'batch'nya akan didispensasikan mengikut aturan yang dipilih



To choose a batch to dispense from for a specific item:
Bagi memilih batch untuk didispensasikan buat item yang khusus:

  1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Status
    Pergi ke Inventory > Inventory Status
  2. Search for the item under the column SKU Name
    Cari item berkenaan di lajur SKU Name
  3. Click on Modify on the right of the item
    Tekan Modify yang terdapat di sebelah kanan rekod
  4. Click on Select Batch to Dispense From
    Tekan butang Select Batch to Dispense From
  5. Another window will appear. 
    The top section shows you which batch is being used currently. 
    The bottom section shows you the other batches that you can choose from.

    Halaman baru akan dipaparkan.
    Ruangan diatas memaparkan batch yang sedang digunakan.
    Ruangan dibawah pula memaparkan batch yang boleh dipilih.
  6. Select the batch to dispense from by clicking on Dispense From and then Save
    Pilih 'batch' yang ingin digunakan dengan menekan butang Dispense From dan Save
  7. The selected batch of that item will now be used for dispensation
    Batch yang telah dipilih sebentar tadi akan menjadi batch baru yang didispensasikan
