1. Go to the Inventory page and choose the Inventory Status Tab.
   Pergi ke halaman Inventory dan pilih tab Inventory Status.
2. Search for the item that you would like to add new stock.
   Cari item yang memerlukan penambahan pada kiraan stok.
   
   You can do that by typing out the drug name in the search field as the image below:
   Anda boleh berbuat demikian dengan menaip nama item berkenaan di ruangan seperti gambar dibawah:
   
   
3. Then, click on the Modify button on the right side of the drug record. 
   Kemudian, tekan butang Modify yang terdapat di sebelah kanan rekod.
   
   
4. Click on Adjust Batch Quantity
   Tekan butang Adjust Batch Quantity
   
5. Select the batch you want to increase by clicking Adjust on the right of the batch entry
   Pilih 'batch' yang memerlukan penambahan kiraan stok dengan menekan butang 'Adjust' yang terdapat di sebelah kanan rekod
   
   
6. Fill in the amount you want to increase the batch by under the column Adjustment
   Isikan nilai yang ingin ditambah di bahagian Adjustment
   1. Example:-
      Current Batch Count: 50
      Actual Batch Count: 65
      Input 15 under Adjustment to increase the batch from 50 to 65.
      
      Contoh:-
      Jumlah kiraan semasa: 50
      Kiraan yang sebenar: 65
      Isikan 15 di bahagian Adjustment untuk menaikkan kiraan dari 50 ke 65.
      
      
7. Fill in the Notes column with any reason or information about the transaction for your future reference
   Isikan bahagian Notes dengan maklumat tambahan sebagai rujukan 
   
   
8. Once done, click Save
   Setelah selesai, tekan Save
