This page tells you how to add new items into your Inventory Items list. To find out how to add stock to items instead, go to this page. |
To add new inventory items:
Bagi menambah inventori item yang baru:
- Click on Inventory > Inventory Items on the left menu
Tekan pada Inventory > Inventory Items yang terdapat pada menu disebelah kiri - Click on the Add New Drug button on the top (the green button)
Tekan pada butang Add New Drug yang terdapat di bucu atas sebelah kanan skrin
- A window will appear. Search for the drug that you would like to add. This step will ensure that your newly added drug will be automatically mapped to our master drug list.
Halaman baru akan dipaparkan. Cari nama ubatan yang hendak ditambah diruangan carian. Langkah ini bertujuan untuk memetakan secara automatik ubtan yang baru ditambah.
- Do the following options:
- If you found the drug that you would like to add, click on the Confirm Drug button on the right side of the record. Go to step 5.
Jika anda boleh mencari ubat yang dikehendaki, tekan butang Confirm Drug di kanan rekod tersebut. Pergi ke langkah 5. - If the drug is not available, click on 'I cannot find the drug I need' button.
Jika ubat yang dikehendaki tidak dijumpai, tekan butang "I cannot find the drug I need"- A new window will appear. Fill in the details as required (* indicates compulsory fields):
Halaman baru akan dipaparkan. Isikan maklumat yang diperlukan (* menandakan ruangan wajib diisi)
- Drug Name*: Name of the drug
Drug Name*: Nama item - Drug Type*: The form of the drug
Drug Type*: Jenis ubatan - Manufacturer*: Name of the manufacturer
Manufacturer*: Nama pengilang - Unit*: The drug unit
Unit*: Unit ubatan - Dosage*: Common dosage of the drug
Dosage*: Dos umum - Dispensation Unit*: Common unit of dispensation
Dispensation Unit*: Unit umum bagi dispensasi - Active Ingredients*: List out the active ingredients of the drug
Active Ingredients*: Senaraikan bahan-bahan aktif bagi ubatan tersebut - Once done, click on the Save button
Setelah selesai, tekan butang Save - Go to step 5

- Drug Name*: Name of the drug
- A new window will appear. Fill in the details as required (* indicates compulsory fields):
- If it is not a drug, follow the instruction on this page from step no 2.

Name*: Nama item- For medications, it is advised to include the brand name, generic name, dosage, and form
Bagi ubatan, disarankan agar anda memasukan jenama, nama generic, dos and bentuk/jenis ubat - Example: Uphamol (Paracetamol) 500mg Tablets
Contoh: Uphamol (Paracetamol) 500mg Tablet
- For medications, it is advised to include the brand name, generic name, dosage, and form
- Default Prescribed Dosage*: The typical dosage a patient takes the medication each time
Default Prescribed Dosage*: Dos yang umumnya diambil oleh pesakit- This field is dependent on the Dosage Unit
Ruangan ini dipengaruhi oleh maklumat Dosage Unit - Example: The default prescribed dosage can be 1 tablet or 500 mg
Contoh: Dos umum boleh diletakkan sebagai 1 tablet atau 500 mg
- This field is dependent on the Dosage Unit
- Dosage Unit*: The unit that you are prescribing the medication in
Dosage Unit*: Unit yang anda gunakan apabila memberikan ubat kepada pesakit- Example: Tablet, Capsule, mL, mg, drops
Contoh: Tablet, Kapsul, mL, mg, titik
- Example: Tablet, Capsule, mL, mg, drops
- Frequency: How often the medication should be taken
Frequency: Kekerapan bagi pengambilan ubat- Example: Every 6 hours, As required (PRN), Every morning, Before bed, 3 times a day
Contoh: Setiap 6 jam, Apabila perlu, Setiap pagi, Sebelum tidur, 3 kali sehari
- Example: Every 6 hours, As required (PRN), Every morning, Before bed, 3 times a day
- Default Duration: How long the patient usually has to take the medication
Default Duration: Tempoh umum pengambilan ubatan bagi pesakit- Example: 5 days, 1 week, 1 month
Contoh: 5 hari, 1 minggu, 1 bulan
- Example: 5 days, 1 week, 1 month
- Reasons: Why is the medication given
Reasons: Ulasan bagi punca pemberian ubat- Example: Fever, Pain, Vomiting, Diarrhoea
Contoh: Demam, Sakit, Muntah, Cirit-birit
- Example: Fever, Pain, Vomiting, Diarrhoea
- Notes: Any extra information about the medication
Notes: Maklumat tambahan bekenaan ubatan yang diberikan- Example: "Do not take with grapefruit juice"
Contoh: "Jangan makan bersama air limau gedang"
- Example: "Do not take with grapefruit juice"
- Dispensation Unit*: The unit that you dispense the medication to the patient in
Dispensation Unit*: Unit dimana ubat diberikan- Example: Tablet, Strips of 10, 30 mL bottle, box of 10
Contoh: Tablet, Jalur 10, botol 30mL, kotak 10
- Example: Tablet, Strips of 10, 30 mL bottle, box of 10
- Default Dispensation Quantity: The usual amount of the item dispensed to the patient for each visit
Default Dispensation Quantity: Kuantiti umum yang diberikan kepada pesakit pada setiap temu janji- This field is dependent on the Dispensation Unit

- Cost Price Per Unit: How much the item cost from your supplier per dispensation unit

Selling Price Per Unit*: Harga yang dijual kepada pesakit (bukan panel) untuk setiap dispensation unit - Tags: Tag the items to specific terms to find them easily
Tags: Tandakan item dengan istilah-istilah tertentu bagi memudahkan pencarian- Example: Analgesic, Antidepressants, Pfizer, ZP, DMT2
Contoh: Analgesic, Antidepressants, Pfizer, ZP, DMT2
- Example: Analgesic, Antidepressants, Pfizer, ZP, DMT2
- Manufacturer: The manufacturer name for the medication
Manufacturer: Nama pembekal/pengilang - Low Inventory Warning Threshold: When the stock count goes below this number, a warning will appear when you try to prescribe/dispense this item
Low Inventory Warning Threshold: Amaran akan dipaparkan apabila kiraan stok kurang dari jumlah yang ditetapkan di sini - Default Cash Price: Same as Selling Price Per Unit
Default Cash Price: Sama seperti Selling Price Per Unit - Default Panel Price: How much you are selling the item for to your panel patients
Default Panel Price: Harga yang dijual kepada pesakit dibawah panel- Click on Add New Panel Price to set different selling prices for specific panels
Tekan pada Add New Panel Price untuk menentukan harga yang berbeza bagi panel yang tertentu
- Click on Add New Panel Price to set different selling prices for specific panels
- Default Panel Category: What panel category this item falls under
Default Panel Category: Kategori bagi panel- Example: Medication, Consumables, Investigation
