You can upload softcopy test results of specific patients on their Patient Page. This would allow you to access their test results conveniently.
You may upload files in either .docx, .pdf, .txt, .jpeg, .png or even .xls (Excel spreadsheet) format.
However, only .txt (Notepad text document), PDF & image files can be viewed in Klinify without downloading it.
Anda boleh muat naik (upload) keputusan ujian lab pesakit pada Patient Page mereka. Dengan membuat demikian, anda dapat akses keputusan ujian lab mereka dengan mudah.
Dokumen boleh dimuat naik dalam format .docx, .pdf, .txt, .jpeg, .png, ataupun .xls (Excel).
Tetapi, hanya dokumen berformat .txt (Notepad), PDF, atau imej (jpeg dan png) dapat dilihat dalam Klinify tanpa perlunya dimuat turun.

- Search for the patient the document belongs to and click on them to enter the Patient Page
Cari pesakit yang memiliki dokumen tersebut dan memasuki Patient Page-nya - Click on the "+" symbol on the bottom right corner, beside the chatbox symbol
Tekan pada simbol "+" di sudut bawah kanan, di tepi simbol chatbox. - Click on Upload File

- Search for the file & upload it
