You may choose to have an alert sound play when a patient has seen the doctor and is ready for drug dispensation/billing. This notifies your dispensary staff of incoming patients in a convenient manner.

To enable this feature and adjust the settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Clinic Settings
    Pergi ke Settings > Clinic Settings

  2. Scroll down to "Enable Alert Sound on Patient Overview" > Set it to "Enable"
    Tatal ke bahagian "Enable Alert Sound on Patient Overview" > Tetapkan ke "Enable"

  3. You may choose the alert sound that plays under "Patient Overview Alert Sound"

  4. Click "Preview" to hear the sound before deciding

  5. Click Save

If you are unable to hear the sound on the Clinic Overview page even after enabling it:

  1. Please check the following:

    1. Your speaker is turned on and connected

  2. On the Clinic Overview page, click on the lock symbol on the left of the URL
